We start with a site visit to measure access, confirm haul-off routes, and review what your city requires for the permit. Demolition itself usually takes a few days depending on size and access. After the shell is out, the backfill phase is where experience shows: lifts are placed and compacted layer by layer so the finished grade stays put, then the surface is shaped to drain away from the house.
